Agreement and Submission

By submitting this application, the person or organization (Presenter) requesting use of the facility agrees that:

Publicity and announcements regarding the proposed event are strictly prohibited until the Rental Agreement has been executed by management and the mandatory deposit has been remitted.
The Presenter represents that all provided information is full, accurate, and complete.
The Right Productions, Inc./ TRP NOW, Inc., the management partner for The Aretha Franklin Ampitheatre, is granted permission by the Presenter to contact any of the entities listed above for the purpose of personal and/or business references.
